# Token Utility

$REALM offers multiple utilities designed to create a circular economy between the physical and digital worlds:

**Primary Utilities:**

* Asset & Land Acquisition: Use $REALM to purchase virtual real estate, luxury apartments, and high-fidelity 3D assets within the marketplace.
* Phygital Commerce: The exclusive currency required to purchase "Hybrid" items—digital skins that trigger the shipment of physical products to your real-world door.
* Governance: Stake $REALM to vote on "City Planning" proposals, map expansions, and brand partnership approvals, contributing to the decentralized evolution of the simulation.
* Staking: Lock $REALM tokens to earn yield derived from the platform's commercial revenue and unlock "Citizen" status tiers.

**Secondary Utilities:**

* Marketplace Discounts: Holders receive significant fee reductions when trading NFTs or booking commercial spaces.
* Recruitment Rewards: Earn $REALM rewards for onboarding new "Citizens" and "Architects" to the platform.
