# Roadmap

**Phase 1: Foundation**

Goal: Establish the essential infrastructure and launch the economic foundation of REALM.AI.

Key Milestones:

* Complete development of the Unreal Engine 5 server framework and spatial mapping tools.
* Audit and deploy core smart contracts.
* $REALM Token Launch on Ethereum and initial liquidity provisioning.
* Launch initial "Districts" for access, showcasing high-fidelity architectural style.
* Basic $REALM Staking mechanism for early adopters.

**Phase 2: Immersion**

Goal: Grow the user base, enhance core features, and integrate the Metaverse ecosystem.

Key Milestones:

* Expand spatial zones with more districts and high-end locations.
* Upgrade Marketplace features.
* Launch the Bio-Digital scanning application.
* Establish strategic partnerships with luxury and design brands to integrate assets and features
* Community growth programs.

**Phase 3: Scale**

Goal: Innovate with user-generated content tools, expand commercial opportunities, and decentralize the simulation's control.

Key Milestones:

* Integrate advanced UGC Toolset.
* Explore Cross-Chain functionality for NFT asset.
* Enhance on-chain Governance towards full decentralization.
* Introduce Architect Composability & a 3D Design SDK.
* Ongoing security enhancements and scalability optimizations.
